Clients must notify The Salon of any concerns relating to a completed service within five (5) calendar days of the appointment.
Where, following assessment by The Salon, it is determined that the service does not reasonably reflect the outcome agreed during consultation, we may, at our sole discretion, offer a corrective service at no additional charge.
Corrective services must be performed by The Edit Salon.
Refunds
Due to the professional nature of salon services, refunds are not provided for completed services where the service has been performed as requested during consultation.
Without limiting the above, refunds will not be provided for:

Hair extension hair
-
Hair extension installation or maintenance
-
Keratin smoothing services
-
Professional in-salon treatments
-
Retail products that have been opened or used
-
Up styles
-
Event styling
-
Gift vouchers
-
Change of mind
-
Dissatisfaction arising from a change in personal preference after completion of the service
Australian Consumer Law
Nothing contained within this policy excludes or limits the rights and remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where clients are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law, those statutory rights will apply.
